Happy Anniversay William!!!! ~ WilliamsWallStreet Marks 1 Year!

Image result for wall street stock exchange

Oh my what a Year!  When I started this little adventure I never realized how little my friends, family, people I spoke too at parties, or randomly on the street knew about Wall Street.  I had no idea the level; or how uncomfortable it made them feel as if they were stupid or ignorant when I approached the subject.  Many quickly changed topics to avoid that I might think less of them.

Fear, let's face it, we all have it, we all have subjects like the Stock Market that quite frankly too hold a conversation about would make us all look stupid.

Walk up to any 15 year old girl and ask her what she likes to wear and why?  Who is making the latest fabric?  Who is the top designer and who is wearing what? Yes one hour later you will realize you just learned the entire history of how fabric moves through Hong Kong & Amazon too now get into your closet.

Talk to any guy, anywhere any time ask how the big game went (don't even say which game) and soon you have the statistics of every first round draft choice of the NFL going back to 1992; what college they attended, how much salary they earn; and who has who in their fantasy football league.

My point?  We are all good at something, I happen to be good at Wall Street and I am going to make sure the next dress you order from Amazon is one you can wear to the Oscars and those season tickets you just bought will take you all the way to the Superbowl Game.  Wall Street is what I know and like I said this website is completely 100% free, always will be.  My goal is to use these skills I have to teach you how to become a smart and educated investor.  Small steps at a time.

It has been a sheer pleasure writing these articles for you and to think in just one years time the readership has grown on an average basis of now around 40,000 readers an article.  I am truly astonished on the blogs overall popularity.

Check back tomorrow, I will be showing how we are doing with all the stocks I have picked and placed in our portfolio because I felt the company had some really great or has proven itself to be a real winner for long term capital gain.

If you are joining us for the first time read back and catch up and join us on this incredible journey to wealth and financial success.

Just Another Boring Bank Stock? ~ Not Oregon Bancorp

I just happened too be browsing around looking for something; I can't remember what when I saw this little gem of  stock Oregon Bancorp (ORBN) now as we speak for $33.00 a share.  So I want to add it to our mock portfolio. It has so many things going for it which makes it a perfect little add.  First off it is a banking stock which we don't have.  Yes there is T.Rowe Price which is more of a brokerage financial institution, while Oregon Bancorp is a bank.  Selling at $33.00 a share it is easily affordable for you, me and the average investor to buy.  Oregon Bancorp is listed on the Over the Counter Pink Sheets.  In the old days on the New York stock exchange these shares did not sell all that often and were listed on actual pink sheets of paper that's why they are still called "Pink Sheets"    Oregon Bancorp just had a blowout quarter with their financials it seems the company is really doing things right.  I looked over several charts by them first looking at
